Mr Gerald Busuttil was born in Victoria Gozo in 1982 and graduated Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, University of Malta Medical School in 2005. Graduated as Urologist in 2014 after obtaining the Fellowship of the European Board of Urology. He was admitted to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as a Fellows and underwent further speciality training in robotic prostate cancer surgery in University College London Hospital between 2017 and 2019.  He returned to Malta in 2019 and introduced robotic surgery to the local NHS.
