Dr Renzo De Gabriele is a specialist in family medicine by profession.  He has also a keen interest in training and assessment and pursued further studies in this area that led him to achieve an Expert Trainer status in Family Medicine within EURACT, which is the European Academy of Teachers in Family Medicine.  He is the Malta representative on EURACT, a Fellow of the Malta College of Family Doctors as well as an International Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.  In recent years, he has taken up managerial roles by first being the Chief Executive Officer of the Primary Health Care and subsequently the Chief Executive Officer of the Active Ageing and Community Care.
