Dr Rachel Agius, Consultant Diabetologist, Endocrinologist and General Internal Physician completed her training in diabetes, endocrinology and general medicine in 2014 at Mater Dei Hospital, Malta. Following that she developed an interest in the pathophysiology and management of obesity for which she took up a clinical and research fellow post at Guys and St Thomas Hospital were she worked at a tertiary bariatric center.

She currently holds the post of Consultant Diabetologist, Endocrinologist and General Internal Physician and is clinical lead in bariatric medicine.
