Professor Stephen Fava MD, MRCP(UK), FACP, FEFIM, FRCP(Lond), MPhil(Melit), FRCP(Lond) is a consultant in General Medicine, Diabetes & Endocrinology. He is also Head of the Diabetes & Endocrinology Centre and Chairperson of the Department of Medicine at Mater Dei Hospital, Malta. He has published a large number of important papers on high impact international journals, written invited editorials in top journals and book chapters and has served on the Editorial Board of EJIM.
