An overview of the pathophysiology, clinical features and management of migraine, cluster headache and some less common headache disorders
Learning Objectives:
At the end of this session participants should:
1. Be able to describe the characteristics of the main primary headache disorders.
2. Understand the roles of genetic and environmental factors in migraine.
3. understand the main areas of the brain involved in the generation of migraine
4. appreciate the principles of headache management.
